Sue Ellen Powell, of Bridgeport had known all her life that she wanted to have children, but, for one reason or another, kept putting it off.
By the time she was 44, she decided she couldn't wait any longer, even though she didn't have a partner. She decided to attempt pregnancy using IVF.
Powell said she was realistic about her chances for getting pregnant, but wanted to at least give it a shot. "The good news would be that I tried," Powell said. "Whether or not I got pregnant, I didn't want to deny myself the calling of being a mother. I would have been disappointed (if she couldn't conceive), but I did all I could."
But Powell got pregnant on her first IVF cycle and she was able to give birth to her daughter Liza, "a beautiful, healthy little girl."

New studies of the medicinal benefits of green tea and a focus in American society on being healthier and fighting obesity has led to a surge in popularity of green tea.
In addition, the aging baby boomers are focusing on being healthy later in life and looking for ways to prevent common health problems like heart disease and cancer.
Today the question is: what is green tea’s role in the woman’s world? What does green tea do for fertility levels?
Should a pregnant woman drink more green tea in order to be healthier during the term of the pregnancy? What about when she is breastfeeding?
