My dear friend from college, age 43, just had a beautiful little girl 3 weeks ago, conceived completely naturally. She had medical support to stay pregnant. She had had numerous losses.

I was 42 when I conceived with my own eggs. I turned 43 in November. I will be giving birth in 5 weeks time, 3 weeks if I have a c-section.
My mother’s cousin was 45 when she conceived naturally. So don’t give up hope!

I know of two women in my town who have unexpectedly found themselves pregnant with "bonus" babies.
One was 52 when she conceived, and the other had just turned 56!!! Both children were born perfectly healthy and are doing well.
