Vince Gironda always said that if you’re very well nourished, you can manufacture your own hormones into your 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's.
My grandfather, who lived to be almost 98, was sexed into his 80s! My grandmother, who lived to be 101, had her last baby at 54. They had tremendously high hormone levels because they ate all-natural foods.

I have a friend whose parents were 50 and 48 when she was born. People often referred to her mom as her grandma.

My Grandmother had her last baby at 50 . I had my baby when I was 33 . She's 17 now, and we have a great relationship . Thankfully my Grandmother lived to be 92, so she was around for her last daughter for 42 years.

I have just come back from my regular acupuncture sessions at a London clinic (and I have herbs too) - that ONLY works on fertility issues. Most of the patients have TTC for at least 4 years and many are of 'advanced maternal age' (Kool Chicks I would call them!!!).
The head Doctor sees each patient, and then the acupuncture is given by a team of 3 other doctors. One of these doctors was telling me today that in the past year they have had at least 2 live births of 46 year olds, and one 48 got pregnant but miscarried.

Even though I had a baby four years ago (at 43), I am nervous now about my age. Your post reminded me that I don't really have to worry. Look at how well things worked out for you.
