Simple Fertility Secrets - Stock Photo credit: LesKZNI just thought I would let you know that following Beryl's advice, I am a few weeks pregnant!

It is still very early days and I am using plenty of progesterone, so as to keep the pregnancy going.

Considering my diagnosis, which was similar to Beryl's story but with the added complication of not having had any periods for nine months and having both adrenal and thyroid issues and an autoimmune disease, I couldn't believe the news…

It took one month for me to get pregnant from when I first started the Simple Fertility Secrets program.

I am so excited that it is possible to do this holistically when medical science could only tell me that a donor egg is the only way I would be able to get pregnant.

I would have gone for IVF if it was an option for me, so I can only encourage women who are about to try that path to start down this road while they wait for IVF.

I can’t say thank you enough Beryl, but bless you for sharing your story with us all, and all the best to others trying this solution…

Girl Walks into a Bar . . .: Comedy Calamities, Dating Disasters, and a Midlife Miracle
by Rachel Dratch

-- Her career at a low point, Rachel Dratch suddenly had time for yoga, dog- sitting, learning Spanish - and dating. After all, what did a forty-something single woman living in New York have to lose?

Resigned to childlessness but still hoping for romance, Dratch was out for drinks with a friend when she met John.

Handsome and funny, after only six months of dating long-distance, he became the inadvertent father of her wholly unplanned, undreamed-of child, and moved to New York to be a dad.

With riotous humor, Dratch recounts breaking the news to her bewildered parents, the awe of her single friends, and the awkwardness of a baby-care class where the instructor kept tossing out the f-word.

Filled with great behind-the-scenes anecdotes from Dratch's time on SNL, Girl Walks into a Bar is a refreshing version of the happily ever after story that proves female comics - like bestsellers Tina Fey and Chelsea Handler - are truly having their moment.

Complications in her pregnancy arose 9 weeks before her due date, and Katz was forced to have an emergency c-section. One of the twins died during the procedure, and the other was so small he fit in the palm of her hand.

Sliwa came to her aide, emotionally supporting her and his premature biological son. Katz became overwhelmed by his devotion. Now a couple, Sliwa and Katz plan to marry one day.

Image: Success Story – Lynette S.Lynette S. (45) wrote:
After trying to conceive for over a year, my husband and I were initially taken aback and frustrated as we had imagined it was going to be easy to get pregnant.

We were both in very good shape and didn't think that we could have any type of in-fertility…

I was ultimately diagnosed with luteal phase defect.

The testing and the drugs were dizzying – blood tests, urine tests, multiple ultrasounds, rounds and rounds of fertility drugs.

For two difficult years we struggled with this situation.

Finding your program was a godsend for me – I was out of ideas and your system was full of great ones I never knew I could try…

Now having our baby boy in our life has brought us more meaning and joy than we could have ever imagined.

Thank you so much for the IVF Success Program.

Birthday bonanza for sick toddlerAt first glance, Jordan Planitz seems to have boundless energy typical of toddlers his age.

Nearly 3 years old, Jordan is in constant motion on a recent Monday — posing for pictures, playing with his ride-on toy car, climbing from floor to couch where his mother, Deanna Planitz, sits.

“He’s come so far, so very far, much farther than anyone ever imagined,” Deanna said.

Jordan was born at Memorial Medical Center after a normal pregnancy.

“If anything, I think we worried more about my age and Down syndrome,” said Deanna, who was 43 when she was pregnant with Jordan.

Triplets owe lives to super surrogate motherDan and Jody Wegge are just one of the couples who can thank Meredith Olafson, the so-called 'Super Surrogate', for giving birth to their children.

Brooke, Megan and Nicholas, Mrs Wegge's 13-year-old triplets, were the first children in North Dakota born from a gestational carrier (a surrogate mother who has no biological link to her baby because she does not provide her own egg).

The Minnesota couple, who relocated after the triplets were born, looked to the services of Mrs Olafson, a 47-year-old gestational surrogate from North Dakota who has given birth to 11 children in addition to three of her own, after Mrs Wegge, 47 also, lost her uterus during a hysterectomy.
