April 13, 2005 - Just six weeks from delivering her sixth child, 43-year-old Kelly Campillo didn't flinch an inch when I asked if she would like to be a Cook of the Week.

As cool as a lemon sorbet, she agreed to be interviewed, supply recipes, cook and pose for a picture... as if she had nothing else to do.

It's true that two of the four boys are off at college, but two more are active high schoolers.

Plus she chases after a 3-year-old daughter while awaiting the birth of Clare, her bun in the oven!

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost our precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted there will be no more babies in our house.
