I am 46 yrs. old & have 3 girls and 1 boy ranging in age from 23 to 29. I had a tubal reversal in 2001, they told me my only chance was with IVF.... I took a pregnancy test in Dec. 2004 and it was positive (total surprise!!) just found out it's a boy

I work in the medical field and saw women at the age of 52 who didn't take care of themselves and they got pregnant. And they had healthy pregnancies. ~~~ Letty

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost our precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted there will be no more babies in our house.
