Hillary, a 46 year old, is pregnant naturally!

Just read on the pregnancy board about Hillary, a 46 year old who is pregnant naturally! How's that for inspiration for all of us, especially those over 45? I'm thrilled!

While there, the X-ray tech and I figured out we had met at the regular doctor clinic and I told her I needed an apron as I 'could' be pregnant. She said, " Oh cool, I just had a baby 8 weeks ago and I am 45!" I told her how wonderful that was, and she said she had had 6 miscarriages before conceiving her son! What an inspiration!

Amy Smith is expecting her eighth child on Dec. 17. She’s also expecting her first grandchild on the very same day. Her oldest daughter, Tara Smith, is also due on Dec. 17. “People are very entertained when they find out,” said Amy. “They all relate it to (the movie) Father of the Bride Part II.” Amy Smith’s eighth child is due Dec. 17, the same day her first child, Tara, is expected to give birth to her first child.

I went to 3 different RE clinics from age 41-43 (met my husband at 39) and the last clinic was Dr Check at Cooper which was a great experience but found him too late, we spent all our (out of pocket) money, so 2 years after we stopped all treatments ( many IUI's & 2 IVF) we got pregnant from a natural BD. I was 46, so never give up hope, I had a wonderful pregnancy with no complications, a good amnio result, carried to term, the baby had a high Apgar score.
